BASIC EYE TRAINING — 1st Saturday of the Month - 10 am Pacific Time (1 Hour)
Eye Exercises are easy to learn, but it helps to have them demonstrated in a live workshop where you can ask questions in real time. Learn the best way to palm and sun, eye stretches, self-massage for you eyes and many more exercises to improve your vision naturally. Quantum Eye Exercises take the Bates eye exercises and add a Quantum Twist to supercharge them and brting them up to date with current science.

You are not in this alone. It’s hard to do the eye exercises on your own. Instead, do them in a fun, supportive online, group class. It’s Zoomba for your eyes.

MY HOLISTIC APPROACH
Clear Mind = Clear Body = Clear Vision
Most eye exercise programs look only at the eyes. The most prominent form of eye exercises, the Bates Method, was developed in the early 20th Century, long before the West learned much about yoga or meditatioon. We now know that obstacles to clear vision are not just in the eyes but also in the body and in the mind. Clear vision requires a clear mind and a relaxed and energized body. Quantum Seeing integrates eye exercises with movement exercises, bodywork and mindfulness. It has its roots in the Meir Schneider Self-Healing Method, Tibetan Yoga, Western Fitness Exercises and a nonreligious meditation practice called Time, Space and Knowledge. Quantum Seeing is holistic, up to date and comprehensive.
